Q: Can I change my order after I check out?
A: We able to make some changes to orders up to 30 minutes after it has been placed. After this period, we are unable to change the address, items on the order, or cancel the order.
Q: I need to cancel my order.
A: Bummer! But we get it, things happen. If your order has shipped, unfortunately we cannot cancel your order. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, please let us know within 30 minutes of placing your order, and we will do our best to cancel it for you.
Q: My discount disappeared or won't work?
A: If you are ordering a build your own bundle, it carries its own automatic discount that can not be combined with anything else such as affiliate codes, loud society points, coupons or special email subscriber discounts. Shopify will only allow use of one code and this automatic code will take priority over all others.
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: All sales are final. Because we want to keep the price of Loud Lacquer as low as possible, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or process refunds for any reason. If you did receive a broken product, we’re very sorry - please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days including a picture of the breakage and we will get back to you with instructions getting a replacement.
Q: Are there any stores that I can buy Loud Lacquer from?

Q: How long will it take for my nail polish to be delivered?
A: We aim to ship all orders within 2-3 business days, although it may take a few days longer when new products and promotions are released and demand is very high. It typically takes 5-10 business days after an order has shipped for US orders to arrive, although orders to Alaska and Hawaii may take a little longer.
Q: My polish was marked as delivered, but I didn't receive it.
A: Domestic orders may find that USPS marked your package as delivered prematurely. Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days. If it has been 3 business days or more since your order was marked as delivered, let us know so we can take care of it!
Be sure to double-check your address when you receive your order confirmation e-mail to make sure that it’s up-to-date! If you notice an error, please contact us ASAP to correct it! We are not able to make changes over 30 min from the time your order is placed.
Q: Where do you ship to?
A: We currently ship to the US, Australia, Canada, France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark, New Zealand, Norway, United Kingdom, and the United States Territories. We are working on worldwide. Make sure to sign up for our newsletter so that you will know when we activate worldwide. We are unable to track orders once they leave the United States. Our international shipping rates are first class shipping rates as priority shipping is often extremely costly. If you wish to inquire about adding upgraded trackable shipping options to your order, please email email@example.com before completing your purchase.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping within the US is $6.95 for first class. Shipping outside of the US will be calculated at checkout and is set by USPS. All shipping prices are in USD. Customs fees not including in international shipping rate.

A: Route is a package protection service we have partnered with for a little extra insurance for your package. Route covers loss, theft and damage. It is super quick and easy to get replacements if there are any issues when you opt in to routes protection. If you opt out of route and your package is lost or stolen, we would rely on USPS and local law enforcement to assist, and the process is not always quick.
